This training course is intended for:
- Kitchen and service staff as well as managers of any establishment involved in the preparation or serving of food.
Objectives
At the end of this training course, you will be educated on the issues related to celiac disease and you will acquire the best practices to prevent gluten contamination at every stage, from the reception of goods to the serving of meals.
Content
What you will learn
- Gluten description and identifying gluten sources
- What celiac disease is, its impact and repercussions
- How to avoid cross-contamination
- Appropriate reaction to a gluten ingestion situation
