Order cancellation
You may cancel the purchase of products or tickets for an event made on the ITHQ website online store within 24 hours of the purchase.
To do so, contact vente-en-ligne@ithq.qc.ca.
Returns – Goods
All goods purchased online that are unworn and unwashed may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
The return address is:

For returns, please contact the ITHQ by email at vente-en-ligne@ithq.qc.ca.
You must pay the shipping costs for the return of the goods.
Return procedure:
- Pack unworn, unwashed items in good condition in the original shipping box or another box to keep them clean and safe.
- Remove or black out all old shipping labels, including the original shipping barcode.
- After including a copy of your original invoice in the shipping box, seal the box with adhesive tape.
- Write the return address on the box:

Refund
The refund will be made to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receipt of the goods at the return address.
Returns – Events
Tickets for the graduation ceremony can be refunded up to 12 days before the event. No refunds will be possible thereafter.
