As part of the 2025 edition of the Montréal en Lumière Festival, which is showcasing the work of women, the ITHQ invites you to join in a celebration of the creativity, talent and resilience of their teams of female chefs, cooks, sommeliers, producers and artisans.
On the menu
Designed by the Restaurant de l’ITHQ’s executive chef Karine Beauchamp, pastry chef Emmaëlle Guidon and maître d’hôtel Véronique Bénard Jimenez, this menu pays tribute to the strength and sensitivity of women, in every aspect of their roles, from the land to the table. Furthermore, the dishes will showcase the exceptional products of local farms and businesses run by women.
To taste
Organic wines from Québec winemaker Paula Cook Papini (Le Miccine vineyard, Italy) will be available as a pairing or à la carte.
