Presentation
The menu for this evening showcases our students’ signature dishes, inspired by their professional internship experiences at Michelin-starred and Relais & Châteaux establishments around the world. A gustatory journey wherein every dish tells a story and every bite conveys an emotion.
By enjoying these unique creations, you are supporting much more than just a gastronomic evening. A portion of the funds raised during the evening will go to the Fonds de soutien en entrepreneuriat, a vital initiative that enables these talented young enthusiasts to be bold, to innovate and to build the world of tomorrow in the hospitality, tourism and restaurant services industries.
Gastronomic cuisine
Graduates of the Advanced Culinary Arts program, returning from their 12-week international internship, will each prepare a personal favourite dish featured on the menu of the culinary establishment that hosted them.
High-end service
After completing a 12-week internship in the vineyards of France and in high-end restaurants, graduates of the International Service and Sommelier Training Program will put their newly acquired expertise into practice. They will be joined by students from the Fine Dining Restaurant Service and Sommelier programs.
